The Office of Occupational Medicine uses electronic methods and processes personal data subject to guidelines from the Commission de Contrôle des Informations Nominatives (CCIN)(Supervisory Commission on Personal Data) to fulfil its duties.
The CCIN is an independent executive authority responsible for ensuring compliance with the protection of personal date related to automated data processing and keeps a public directory of processes carried out at the disposal of natural or legal persons.
Pursuant to Law no. 1165 governing the protection of personal data, you can obtain and, if necessary, correct any information held on you.
This right of access can be exercised with the Director of the Office of Occupational Medicine :
- By presenting proof of your identity at reception
- By sending your application with proof of identity to: Office de la Médicine du Travail - Madame le Director - 10 rue du Gabian - 98000 Monaco
Under Article 13 of Law no. 1165, those affected by processes carried out by a private authority with public interest responsibilites, such as the Office of Occupational Medicine of Monaco, do not have the right to object to the processing of their information.
